Fedasen, AI Road Inspection Platform

Fedasen inspects road networks using camera-equipped survey cars and computer-vision models that flag defects automatically. My job was the human side of that automation: the review screens where inspection teams verify, prioritise, and act on what the model detects.

Fedasen is an Australian technology company that combines deep domain knowledge, GIS software, computer vision, and high-tech recording hardware to automatically detect, classify, and manage roadside assets and defects. I designed the review interfaces where inspection teams verify and act on what the models flag, human-in-the-loop design for an AI system, and built the company's first design system (tokens, components, documentation) covering web and mobile.

This project is lighter on written process documentation than the others in this portfolio, it's mostly the shipped screens below rather than a narrated case study. I'm including it as a visual sample of the product and the design-system work, not a full write-up like the others.
