Designing the moments a system has to earn trust.
I'm Parisa, a UX/Product designer who's spent five years inside the decisions that are hardest to get right: a price that changes mid-booking, a vote that has to feel fair, a dispatch screen read inside a moving vehicle, a card a tourist has to trust with their money. My work starts with empathy for the person in that moment and ends with something they can rely on, across emergency response, civic platforms, fintech, and AI-assisted tools.
A background in logic, a practice built on empathy.
With a background in computer engineering and five years of hands-on design experience, I've worked across diverse fields, from city platforms to emergency response systems, translating ideas into intuitive, human-centered products.
I'm inspired by art, architecture, and everyday human behavior. Whether I'm exploring an art museum, sketching ideas, or fine-tuning pixels in Figma, I'm always chasing that blend of logic and emotion that makes design feel effortless.
